Hi, I’m Abby — hypnotherapist, psychotherapist, and late-diagnosed ADHDer 🦄

🌈ADHD Therapy

For the late-diagnosed, the neurospicy, and the gloriously overwhelmed...

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You’re not alone.

If you’ve found your way here, there’s a good chance you’re feeling:

  • 💥 Exhausted from trying to “fit in” and keep up with expectations

  • 😓 Feeling scattered, distracted, or like your brain is always “on”

  • 🕰️ Struggling with time — deadlines, or just managing the day

  • 💭 Overthinking and ruminating endlessly

  • 😞 Battling shame or frustration over “forgetting again” or “not being enough”

  • 🧩 Feeling isolated, misunderstood, or like you’re the only one facing these challenges

  • 💔 Carrying grief or anger about missed opportunities or misunderstandings

  • 🌪️ Overwhelmed by emotional ups and downs that feel out of your control

You’re not imagining it. Living in a world not built for ADHD brains is tough.

Masking is for extravagant Venetian-themed parties...not for therapy!

I offer fun, engaging, neurodivergent-affirming therapy to help you:

✨ Heal emotional wounds from late or missed diagnosis

✨ Understand your unique ADHD patterns (and how to work with them, not against them)
✨ Let go of shame and rewrite the stories you’ve carried for too long
✨ Build routines and systems that support your brain
✨ Explore identity, self-trust, and self-compassion
✨ Celebrate your strengths and gifts (yes — even if you can’t see them yet)

✨ Experience unmasking - its the best kind of freedom to be yourself

🛋️ Flexible 1:1 support

I offer private sessions for adults with ADHD (or those exploring the possibility).

  • 🧠 Online — from anywhere in the UK (pyjama-friendly!)

  • 🪴 In-person — in Surbiton, Surrey

No official ADHD diagnosis is required to enjoy ADHD-supportive therapy.

I am a therapist...(but not a psychiatrist,  nor a pharmacist).

That means I can’t diagnose ADHD or prescribe medication. For those steps, your GP or specialist is your go-to.

But if you want to rant (angrily or otherwise) about how un-ADHD-friendly the diagnostic process can be… well, that’s definitely in my professional wheelhouse. Let’s vent, process, and move forward !
