Rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD) is a feeling common to many of us with ADHD.

It's that sinking feeling of horror when you think about pressing 'post' on the blog that you just spent hours writing.

...what if everyone hate it?

...what if I made a big mistake?

...what if no one even sees it at all?

RSD is like the little voice on your shoulder telling you to 'be careful' and to not stand out, or do something which might cause someone to reject you, or think that you're not capable.

Unfortunately, I imagine there are dozens of bright and brilliant ADHDers every day, paralyzed with a fear of rejection RSD to the point where we never get the chance to come across their work at all.
