Hello, I'm Abby
ADHD therapist, hypnotherapist and fellow late-diagnosed ADHDer.
I was diagnosed at the age of 30. Suddenly, so much of my life made sense - and I felt seen in a way I hadn't realised I needed.

The relief came with grief too
The diagnosis gave me an explanation for things I had struggled to understand for years.
It also brought grief for the support I could have has and the opportunities that might have unfolded differently.

It feels good to be yourself in therapy
It is a huge delight to be able to unmask in therapy, and support others in doing the same.
I want to use my lived experience and professional training to support other adults with ADHD to feel understood, accepted and more at home in themselves.
